Mother’s Day Gift Ideas for YOU and Your Mama

THIS POST WAS SPONSORED BY SPECIALTY RETAILERS, INC.

Hey Mamas!

MOTHER’S DAY IS COMING!!!  This will be my second Mother’s Day as a mom & I am so excited to share it with my little family!  Although, I am super pumped to get a few love notes, kisses, and flowers… it’s also important not to forget the mamas who raised my husband and I.

I am that person that always has trouble with gift ideas because I always want them to be perfect and exactly what the other person wants.  I run through idea after idea and never commit until the last minute.

BUT this year…. I’m super proud of myself because I’m ready to spoil our mamas with little cozy gifts that I’m sure they will love!  Below, I am sharing everything we bought for their Mother’s Day baskets, a couple presents that Ross and Rhett are giving me (hair flip) , and a few little extras…  just because. 🙂

Our little family ran to our nearest Gordmans to shop for all of our presents and OH BOY, did we hit the jackpot.

I seriously LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Gordmans…which many of you already know, haha.  Gordmans is an off price retailer who buys extra inventory from specialty and department stores.  Afterwards, they lower the price dramatically and thats where we come in to shop!  Gordmans has something for everyone, so I was excited to partner up with them for our Mother’s Day gifting!

Okay… so let’s start off with the little presents this mama got to pick out!  I am obsessed with comfy workout gear, so I always head straight for the women’s workout section whenever I’m in Gordmans.  I picked out this Bebe crop top and these light pink leggings!  And now I’m ready to workout….or not. 🙂

AND FOR MY FAVORITE GIFT…. THIS TWO PERSON HAMMOCK!  I seriously am excited to use this throughout the summer.  Let’s be real though, I will be taking over the whole thing most of the time and demanding lemonade and my sunnies.  That’s at least the picture I have in my mind.

Picture is from Google because I haven’t been able to set my own up yet.  Errr, I mean… I’m not supposed to really know about it yet. 🙂

For our mamas, we decided to do a little basket full of goodies!  We got them each a rectangular wicker basket and are filling it with coffee, coffee mugs, a picture framed of their favorite little baby (wonder who that could be!), and a few other of their favorite treats.  ***I know my mom is reading this, so I’m not giving EVERYTHING away, yet!***

Okay and now on to the extra little treats we bought, just because!  This two piece outfit had to go in the cart for Rhett, becasue after all… he WAS the little boy who made me a mom! 🙂

Anyways, we had so much fun shopping together and now feel ready to go for Mother’s Day!  If you have a Gordmans near you, seriously check it out.  You will find so many beautiful treasures for such low prices.

Hope all you mamas out there have the best Mother’s Day and know how much you are loved and appreciated.

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!

Katelyn
